30 Day Return Policy from date of online purchase of merch. After 30 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for your merchandise.
If you have purchased merch online and it has arrived broken or in poor condition, please reach out to us right away to discuss options.
We are unable to issue refunds for coffee.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the coffee is deamed hazardous for human consumption.
In the event you do receive a refund for your online order, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and we will not cover the cost to ship the returned or exchanged items.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address being entered on an order, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to resend the item(s) to the updated address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when you place the original order to prevent this from happening.
